We discovered how to bridge the funding gap for innovative mixed use developments. We spotlighted Nook at Northaven, a transformative mixed-use development in Seattle. This intergenerational community will feature workforce housing and a vibrant early learning center operated by Refugee Women's Alliance. We heard from developer Kristin Ryan of barrientos RYAN as she shares challenges in securing final funding for ground floor tenant improvements.

Our expert panel, moderated by Christina Smith of Cinnaire, delved into strategies to secure the final funding for this impactful project. We gained valuable insights from industry leaders Kirsten Shaw of LIIF, Catherine Etzel of JSCO, and Cindy Wu of ONCF as they share their expertise in capital funding and development.
