We discovered how to bridge the funding gap for innovative mixed use developments. We spotlighted Nook at Northaven, a transformative mixed-use development in Seattle. This intergenerational community will feature workforce housing and a vibrant early learning center operated by Refugee Women's Alliance. We heard from developer Kristin Ryan of barrientos RYAN as she shares challenges in securing final funding for ground floor tenant improvements.
