As AI rapidly evolves, honing our AI skills is fast becoming a critical way to maintain our professional edge. Join us on August 25 as Olya Krasnykh of Contor.ai guides us through best practices. We’ll cover how to approach any AI technology confidently, focusing on the key repeatable building blocks: the tool-agnostic framework of working with AI, prompting fundamentals, multi-step workflows, and review loops. You’ll learn the “why” behind some of the most common rough edges — like sycophancy, hallucinations, and why reproducibility can be tricky. Most importantly, you’ll see why AI can be a major unlock to your work. The session includes live Q&A and hands-on troubleshooting. Knowledge Forums offer a unique, interactive “room of our own” to promote our collective success in real estate, development and investment. They emphasize knowledge sharing and best practice exchange to help us leverage opportunities and surmount challenges in a constantly shifting business environment.
