We learned how to build wealth and access capital through real estate investments using a self-directed individual retirement account (SDIRA). Our program featured a timely, informative overview of the tax advantages and limitations of SDIRA investment in alternative assets like real estate by Kaaren Hall, well-known author and CEO of uDirect IRA Services, LLC. Two accomplished real estate entrepreneurs shared their experience in raising capital to develop projects and investing using SDIRAs: Sonya Rocvil, founder of Bedrock Real Estate Investors, and AI hacker turned developer, Sabrina Smai of Smai Developments.
